Ladder VS two-section ladder

As manufacturers of scaffolding, we would like to openly tell you about the disadvantages of frame scaffolding.
The maximum height to which frame scaffolding tiers are allowed to be built is 40 m. This value is specified in the frame scaffolding passport and is prescribed in the industry standard. This means that the construction or repair of a building with more than 14 floors will require the use of other equipment for access to the height. Frame scaffolding cannot be used to perform work along the facades of 14-story buildings and other taller buildings. But for other buildings whose height is within 40 m, this type of structure is quite suitable.
There must be free space on the ground, on asphalt or another horizontal surface to mount the scaffolding on it. It happens that due to dense development or nearby objects, it is difficult to erect scaffolding along the facade. But the width of frame scaffolding is 1 m, and wedge-clamp scaffolding is only 0.75 m. Therefore, in most cases, such a space is in front of the house.
During installation, scaffolding must be secured relative to the wall of the building, using anchor fasteners for this purpose. Therefore, it will not be possible to move the scaffolding to a new location. You can only erect other scaffolding cells at the new work site. The mobility that a tower has is not about stationary scaffolding. It is necessary to correctly plan where to erect frame scaffolding or scaffolding of another type in order to complete the project.
Frame scaffolding is the simplest structure that allows you to work along the facade of a building. Without using fasteners and tools, builders can assemble and disassemble frame scaffolding relatively quickly, which saves time on project implementation.
Thanks to the presence of walk-through frames, workers can move freely along the scaffold tiers, carrying materials and tools in their hands. Convenient access to any scaffold cell optimizes project execution.
Steel scaffolds have a high load-bearing capacity; the load per square meter of scaffolding can reach 200 kg. This is very important on a construction site where heavy building materials are used. The steel web of frame scaffolds is designed for the weight of workers moving along the tiers, the weight of tools and equipment, as well as the weight of materials.
For high and low buildings, straight and curved facades, frame scaffolds can be used during construction, repair, maintenance and other work.
Frame scaffolds can be erected near irregular structures, leveled on uneven terrain using jacks.
As we can see, frame scaffolding has many advantages, so many builders choose to buy frame scaffolding rather than other structures. Although our website also sells other means of access to heights: towers, mini-scaffold and ladders.
If you also need frame scaffolding, you can buy it at the manufacturer's price.
