NEW: steel stepladder with aluminum steps NOVA STEEL VIRASTAR

Meet our new stepladder NOVA STEEL VIRASTAR!

Having already had experience in manufacturing aluminum stepladders with one-sided and two-sided ascent, we decided to manufacture a series of steel stepladders with aluminum steps.

The prototype of the NOVA STEEL model was our aluminum stepladder VIRASTAR NOVA. But we made the side sections out of steel, which ensured a sufficiently high strength of the structure. The steps were made of aluminum instead of steel, which reduced the weight of the stepladder and guaranteed corrosion resistance of the steps. By using a combination of materials, we achieved:

• sufficient strength of the structure,
• weight reduction,
• cost reduction.

What profile is used for the sidewalls of the stepladder?

Low NOVA STEEL VIRASTAR stepladders with 4 to 5 steps were made from a 20x30 mm steel section.

Higher stepladders with 6 to 10 steps were made from a 20x40 mm (front sidewalls) and 20x30 mm (rear sidewalls) steel section.

Steel surfaces are usually protected from corrosion by special coatings. This can be paint or galvanizing. The VIRASTAR NOVA STEEL steel stepladder is painted with black powder paint, which prevents surface oxidation and rust.

Although we previously equipped all Virastar stepladders and ladders with blue tips and plugs, we decided to make red fittings for the new NOVA STEEL steel stepladder.

 The ladder is made in black, red and white colors.

The steps are made with a traditional depth of 8 cm. The square working platform has an area of 26x26 cm. To prevent slipping, both the steps and the platform are made with ribbing.

At the top, the one-sided steel stepladder with aluminum steps NOVA STEEL VIRASTAR has a safety handrail. This is a traditional design of stepladders with one-sided ascent. You can hold on to the handrail when working at height to gain a stable position.

The support tips do not slip on the floor due to the ribbed pattern. At the ends of the steps there are protective plugs that cover the edges of the metal steps.

The steel stepladder with aluminum steps VIRASTAR NOVA STEEL is a novelty of 2025! Despite daily challenges, we are developing and creating new means of access to heights. You can buy a stepladder of Ukrainian production and thereby contribute to the development of the industry of our country.
