Ladder VS two-section ladder

Monolithic construction imposes particularly strict requirements on the choice of materials for construction and implementation technologies. The primary task is to select suitable forms for pouring concrete, because the configuration of reinforced concrete structures depends on the formwork.
Working with formwork affects the speed of construction, the cost of the project, and the safety of work in general.
It is necessary to prepare for the installation of formwork forms in advance, plan and calculate everything.
Formwork is a temporary construction form where concrete mixture is poured and where it will harden.
Various materials are used for formwork:
A large selection of formwork allows you to implement a variety of projects: from small to the largest.
Incorrectly selected formwork can set the wrong implementation of monolithic construction at the very beginning. Low-quality or unsuitable formwork will not allow you to create high-quality reinforced concrete structures (foundations, walls, floors). If you do not take into account the concrete pressure that the formwork can withstand, there is a risk of starting construction with a defect. Panels that sag or let water through can ruin the construction project.
You should take into account the resistance of the formwork to precipitation and humidity, because the hardening concrete mixture will stand in the forms in the open air for several days. Low-quality formwork, as a rule, is cheap, but it is unlikely to allow you to create a high-quality reinforced concrete monolith.
To ensure that the formwork forms are installed correctly, you should involve qualified workers. It is also imperative to follow the manufacturer's recommendations regarding the features of installation and operating conditions.
To keep the formwork in working order, it must be periodically inspected, cleaned and maintained. Concrete that remains on the formwork must be cleaned, because with repeated use, you will not get a smooth surface if there are bumps from the previous solution on the panels.
If you handle the formwork carelessly, it will quickly fail. Do not throw the formwork, drag it, or put weights on top of it.
For long-term use, you need to select the appropriate type of formwork, install it correctly, use it in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, inspect it periodically and service it. Then the formwork will last a long time.
