The most common mistakes when working with formwork

To build a house using the monolithic construction method, you need:
To fill the foundation, you need formwork panels (shallow formwork due to the low height of the foundation and manual installation), as well as auxiliary elements - locks, couplers, nuts, leveling bars, braces.
To fill the walls you will need vertical formwork. The main element of vertical formwork is the formwork panel. The panels are made of plywood and a steel frame. To fasten the panels, clamping screws, nuts, washers, clamps, bushings, and locks are used. The panels are supported with braces so that the formwork stands vertically.
Telescopic formwork posts allow you to create a ceiling at the desired height: 2.5 m / 3 m / 3.5 m, etc., and folding tripods ensure the stability of the posts and can be used even against a wall or in a corner.
Often, M400 or M500 cement is used to fill the foundation, as it is the most durable. If the mixture is made independently, then the proportion is 6:3:1 (crushed stone: sand: cement).
But concrete itself will not be strong unless reinforcement is inserted inside.
Reinforcement is steel rods that are installed in concrete to make a building strong and durable. Reinforcement can be load-bearing or additional. Precise installation of metal rods is required to make high-quality reinforced concrete that will last for many years and be strong and reliable.
Reinforcement bars vary in diameter from 6 mm to 40 mm, their choice is determined by the load on the concrete surface. Reinforcement of different classes is used depending on the methods of fastening the rods - welding or strapping.
Builders use rebar tying machines to quickly install metal bars. For tying reinforcement, wire with a diameter of 1.4 mm is often used.
The reinforcement must be ribbed to have good adhesion to concrete. Smooth reinforcement can only be used for lateral lintels, but for longitudinal reinforcement, only notched rods are used.
Our website sells formwork which can be purchased in cash or by bank transfer, with delivery throughout Ukraine.
